Cancellation terms

Cancellations made outside of any specified periods will be charged the deposit only.

Time until start of stay / Amount to charge

1 weeks or less 100.00 % of booking

2 weeks or less 100.00 % of booking

3 weeks or less 100.00 % of booking

4 weeks or less 40.00 % of booking

5 weeks or more 0.00 % of booking

Price and Deposit

Length of stay / discounted price

4 nights or more 5%

5 - 6 nights 7%

7 - 13 nights 11%

14+ 16% of the nightly price

Price includes cleaning and ready-made beds. 

Deposit must be paid on the time of booking. It will be returned once the cleaner confirms everything is fine after you leave - no excessive cleaning or damages. (usually on the day you leave)

If cancelled the deposit will be kept. Full balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. You can pay in instalments if you wish but the payment must be done 4 weeks before arrival.

Caravan

Keys will be in a key safe on the caravan and the code will be provided night before arrival. There is private Starlink WiFi in the van. Cleaning essentials provided as well, hairdryer, iron coffee tea, AirFryer, Coffee Pod Machine and more.. We have Smart tv, dvd player and dvds, small tv in bedroom, board games, iron, hairdryer, cleaning stuff if needed, bbq, travel cot bed on request. Passes cost around £30 for whole stay and are available at Park Reception (Please contact us few weeks before your stay as we may be able to get them at lower price). Check in from 3pm, check out 10.00am.

Pets or smoking

Pets are not allowed in the property

Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan
